1. Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain types of items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, are non-returnable.

1.2. Return Process:

1.3. Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

2. Refunds

2.1. Eligibility for Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, 25% amount will be deduct, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

2.2. Partial Refunds:

2.3. Non-Refundable Items:

3. Exchanges

3.1. Exchanging Items:

4. Cancellations

4.1. Order Cancellations:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed and shipped, in which case, You cannot cancel your order.
